• Preparation of transportation documents and quotations

• Control of delivery terms and shipment tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian

• Assisting in daily port operations and cargo handling

• Supervising container placement and loading

• Recording and reporting cargo movements

• Ensuring compliance with safety standards

• Basic knowledge of port operations or maritime logistics

• Good physical condition and responsibility

• Willingness to work shifts
